How long does a restoration take?
Our standard turnaround is 7 business days from the day we receive your unit.
How do I get my unit to you?
We are mail-in only and serve clients nationwide. Once your payment is confirmed, a shipping label is emailed to you within 2–4 hours.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via Zelle. The details are shown at checkout, and your shipping label is sent once payment is received.

Can I add coloring or repairs?
Yes. Optional add-ons include Lace Repair, Custom Coloring, Plucking, and Layering, selectable during booking.
How should I pack my unit?
Place your unit in a hair net or satin/silk bag, pack it securely in a box, attach the emailed label to the outside, and drop it at any UPS location.
Do you make custom wigs?
Yes — with our Bring Your Own Bundles service, we construct a custom unit using bundles you provide.
