How long does a restoration take?
Our standard turnaround is 7 business days from the day we receive your unit.
How do I get my unit to you?
We are mail-in only and serve clients nationwide. Once your payment is confirmed, we email you a QR shipping code within 2–4 hours — no printing required.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via Zelle. The details are shown at checkout, and your shipping label is sent once payment is received.

Can I add coloring or repairs?
Yes. Optional add-ons include Lace Repair, Custom Coloring, Plucking, and Layering, selectable during booking.
How should I pack my unit?
Place your unit in a hair net or satin/silk bag and pack it securely in a sturdy box. Then show the QR code we email you at The UPS Store — they scan it, print the label, and take your package. No printing needed.
Do you make custom wigs?
Yes — with our Bring Your Own Bundles service, we construct a custom unit using bundles you provide.
How do I measure my wig size?
For most units, all we need is the circumference — measure all the way around your head, right along the hairline (across the forehead, above the ears, and around the nape). That tells us your size: S (21–21.75″), M (22–22.75″), or L (23–23.75″). For frontals, we use six measurements — see the full Frontal Measurement Guide just below.
For frontals we use six measurements. Use a soft measuring tape, measure snug to the head, and record each in inches — then match them to your size below.

Where to measure — Circumference: all the way around the head along the hairline. Front to nape: from the front hairline straight back to the nape of the neck. Ear to ear across forehead: from one ear, over the forehead hairline, to the other ear. Ear to ear over top: from one ear, over the crown, to the other. Temple to temple round back: from one temple, around the back of the head, to the other temple. Nape of neck: the width of the hairline across the nape.
