Refund Policy

Please review our policy below before booking a service.

Because our work is custom and performed by hand on each individual unit, the following policy applies to all bookings.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin work on your unit. Once restoration work has started, the service is non-refundable, as labor and materials have already been committed.

Completed Services

Completed restoration, revamp, and custom services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Shipping & Damage

Customers are responsible for securely packaging units for shipment. Heircurl is not liable for damage or loss that occurs in transit. If your returned unit arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
